2.—(1) The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2008(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (functions of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board), after paragraph 20 insert—
“21. Collecting, managing and making available information regarding the identification, movement and health of animals.
22. Allocating unique identification codes to the means of identifying animals in England and Wales.”
S.I. 2008/576, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
