Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 365(1) and (4) and 402(3) of the Communications Act 20031, including as extended by the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 20032.
The Treasury has consented to the making of these Regulations in accordance with section 365(6) of that Act.
