The Oil and Gas Authority (Levy and Fees) Regulations 2021

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(1), (2), (5) and (6), 13(1) to (4) and 14(1) and (3) to (9) of the Energy Act 20161, section 67(2) and (3)(b) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 20092 and section 82OA(2) of the Energy Act 20083 makes the following Regulations.
