(1)

In regulation 62 of the ESA Regulations 2013 (prescribed amounts)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)(a) and (b)(i)119 for “£74.35” substitute “£74.70”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(b)(ii)120 for “£58.90” substitute “£59.20”; and

(c)

in paragraph (2)121 for “£39.20” substitute “£39.40”.

In regulation 62(2) of the ESA Regulations 2013 (prescribed amounts), as it has effect in cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017122—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) for “£29.55” substitute “£29.70”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) for “£39.20” substitute “£39.40”.
