The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15(a) and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 20001 and sections 8(1) and 23 of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20182 (“the 2018 Act”).

The requirements of paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 to the 2018 Act (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.
