Regulation 2 of these Regulations appoints High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd as the nominated undertaker for all purposes of the scheduled works of the High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Act 2021 and for any other purposes under that Act in so far as those purposes are connected to those works or otherwise for Phase 2a purposes.
