Part 3 (Approved plans) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project) to the 2013 Order is amended as follows.

(2)

For the approved plans listed in paragraph (3) substitute the approved plans listed in Schedule 1 to this Order.

(3)

The approved plans referred to in paragraph (2) are each of those listed under the following headings in Part 3 (Approved plans) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project) to the 2013 Order—

(a)

“Site Plans”;

(b)

“Unit 1: Cooling Water Pumphouse / Forebay / Outfall Pond / Service Access Buildings 5 & 7”;

(c)

“Unit 2: Cooling Water Pumphouse / Forebay / Outfall Pond / Service Access Buildings 6 & 8”; and

(d)

“Sewage Treatment Plant”.

Under the heading “Ancillary, Office and Storage”, omit the drawings listed under the following headings, and the headings themselves—

(a)

“Entry Relay Building”;

(b)

“Off-site Vehicle Search Area”; and

(c)

“EDF Site Offices”.

(5)

For the heading “Auxiliary Administration Centre” substitute “Auxiliary Administration Building”.

After the approved plans listed under the heading “Services Ventilation Building” insert the lists of approved plans under the new headings “Off Site Delivery Checkpoint”, “Emergency Response Centre” and “Emergency Response Energy Centre” as set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
