(a)

in paragraph (b)—

(i)

for “D and E” substitute “D, E and G”;

(ii)

for “(minor operations relating to electric vehicle charging points)” substitute “(certain minor operations)”;

(b)

in paragraph (d), after “Classes” insert “BB,”;

(c)

after paragraph (ea) insert—

Class BA of Part 12 (holding of a market by or on behalf of a local authority);”;

(d)

after paragraph (g)—

(i)

omit the word “and”;

(ii)

insert—
