Citation, commencement and extent1.
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development etc.) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into force as follows—
(a)
this article and articles 2 and 7 come into force on 1st January 2022;
(b)
articles 4, 5 and 10 come into force on 2nd January 2022;
(c)
the rest of this Order comes into force on 11th January 2022.
(3)
This Order extends to England and Wales.
(4)
In this Order, “the GPDO” means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 20152.
