Amendment to regulation 233 (exemption for supply etc under a PGD by person conducting a retail pharmacy business)

20.  In regulation 233(1) paragraph (7)(a), after “or THR(UK)” insert “or, in the case of a listed NIMAR product, a UKMA(UK) or UKMA(GB),”.
