The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred in article 219 of the Air Navigation Order 2016(1) and with concurrence of the Commissioners of Revenue and Customs, makes the following Order.
S.I. 2016/765, amended by S.I. 2019/645. There are other amending instruments but none is relevant.
