The Ozone-Depleting Substances (Grant of Halon Derogations) Regulations 2021

The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers1 and the Welsh Ministers2, makes these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by Article 13(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 (recast) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16th September 2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer3.
