PART 2 Amendments to retained direct EU legislation

Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council

7.—(1) Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 77(4), for “1 January 2022”, in both places it occurs, substitute “1 July 2022”.

(3) In Article 190(2), for “1 January 2022” substitute “1 July 2022”.
