This Statutory Instrument has been made in part to correct errors made by S.I. 2016/584, 2018/443, S.I. 2019/142, S.I. 2020/1203 and 2021/127 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2 of the Education (Fees and Awards) Act 19831, sections 22 and 42(6) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 19982 and sections 10(4)(b) and 119(5) of the Higher Education and Research Act 20173.
