1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Excise Border Procedures (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2021.
(2) Regulation 2 comes into force on 22nd December 2021.
(3) Paragraph (6) of regulation 3 and paragraphs (2) to (6) of regulation 4 come into force immediately after regulation 2 comes into force.
(4) The remainder of these Regulations come into force on 1st January 2022.
