Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971(1), section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002(2), section 63(3) and (3A) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006(3), section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 2014(4) and section 51(3) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015(5), is pleased, by and with the advice and consent of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
