Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (c. 20)

21.—(1) The Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 114, omit subsection (1A)(1).

(3) In section 116, omit subsection (1A)(2).

(4) In Schedule 5B(3), in paragraphs 3 and 12(1), (4) and (5) (in both places), omit “or the Minister for the Cabinet Office”.
