Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(8) and (9) of the National Security and Investment Act 20211.

A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 63(5)(c) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
