Certification of plans etc.43.
(1)
The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, and no later than ten working days from the date of the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State for certification that they are true copies of the plans and documents referred to in this Order copies of—
(a)
each of the plans and documents set out in Schedule 9 (documents to be certified); and
(b)
any other plans or documents referred to in this Order requiring certification.
(2)
A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.
(3)
The undertaker must make copies of the certified plans available in electronic form to the public no later than 14 days after certification under paragraph (1) until no earlier than one year after the completion of all of the works.
