1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Designated Rural Areas and Designated Regions) (England) Order 2021 and comes into force on 29th November 2021.
(2) In this Order—
(a)“the Act” means the Housing Act 1985; and
(b)“the 2016 Order” means the Housing (Right to Buy) (Designated Rural Areas and Designated Regions) (England) Order 2016(1).
(3) This Order applies to England only.
