CHAPTER 3The giving of notice and the supply of documents to or by the administrator
Electronic delivery by administrator258.
(1)
Where the administrator gives, sends or delivers a notice or other document to any person by electronic means, the notice or document must contain or be accompanied by a statement—
(a)
that the recipient may request a hard copy of the notice or document, and
(b)
specifying a telephone number, e-mail address and postal address which may be used to make that request.
(2)
Where a hard copy of the notice or other document is requested, it must be sent free of charge within five business days of receipt of the request by the administrator.
