Notice of vacation of office when administrator ceases to be qualified175.
Where the administrator who has ceased to be qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the institution gives notice in accordance with paragraph 89, notice must also be given to—
(a)
the registrar of companies, and
(b)
where the administrator was appointed on the application of the FCA or the Secretary of State, F1to the applicant.
