If a person who is entitled to a dividend gives notice to the administrator that they wish the dividend to be paid to another person, or that they have assigned that entitlement to another person, the administrator shall pay the dividend to that other person accordingly.

A notice given under this rule must specify the name and address of the person to whom payment is to be made.
