Amendment of Part 44

11.—(1) In rule 44.3(5)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (d), omit “and”;

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (e) insert “; and”; and

(c) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(f) any additional work undertaken or expense incurred due to the vulnerability of a party or any witness.”.
