Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6J(5)(b), 6K(4)(b) and 35(1) and 36(2) of the Jobseekers Act 19951 and sections 11J(3)(b), 24(1) and 25(2) and (3) of the Welfare Reform Act 20072.
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 19923, the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it.
