Citation, commencement and extent1
These Regulations—
a
may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships) (Amendment) Regulations 2021;
b
come into force on the 22nd day after the day on which they are made; and
c
extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
