Amendments to regulation 17A13

Regulation 17A (requirement to ensure passengers possess evidence of vaccination)17 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), in the words before sub-paragraph (a), for “or a Schedule 11 passenger” substitute, “, a Schedule 11 passenger or a verified eligible traveller”.

In paragraph (2)—

in sub-paragraph (a), for “2A(3)(c), (3)(ca), (4)(b) and (d) or (6)(a)(ii)” substitute “3C(1)(c) or (d), 3D(b), 3E(b) and (d) or 3H(1)(a)(ii)”;

In this regulation, “verified eligible traveller” means an eligible traveller whose Passenger Locator Form indicates that their vaccine status is: “Vaccine Status: Verified Full/Exempt”.
