There are other amendments to the Order that are not relevant to this Order.</p></authorialNote> (“the 2011 Regulations”), for a non-material change to the East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014<authorialNote class="footnote" eId="f00003" marker="3"><p><ref eId="c00010" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/2014/1599">S.I. 2014/1599</ref> as amended by <ref eId="c00011" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/2016/447">S.I. 2016/447</ref>.</p></authorialNote> (“the 2014 Order”).</p><p>The Secretary of State, having considered the application, the responses to the publicity and consultation required by regulations 6 and 7 of the 2011 Regulations, has decided to make this Order amending the 2014 Order.</p><formula name="enactingText"><p>Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers in paragraph 2(1) and (9) of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008, makes the following Order:</p></formula></preamble><body><article eId="article-1"><heading>Citation and commencement</heading><num>1.</num><content><p>This Order may be cited as the East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into force on 25th September 2021.</p></content></article><article eId="article-2"><heading>Amendment to The East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014</heading><num>2.</num><content><p>The East Anglia ONE Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014 is amended in accordance with this Order.</p></content></article><article eId="article-3"><heading>Amendment to Article 2</heading><num>3.</num><content><p>In Article 2(1), in the definition of “HVAC offshore wind farm” for “150” substitute “102”.</p></content></article><article eId="article-4"><heading>Amendment to Part 1 (Authorised development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project)</heading><num>4.</num><content><p>In paragraph 1 of Part 1 (Authorised development) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project), in subparagraph (a) of the description of Work No. 1, for “150” substitute “102”.</p></content></article><article eId="article-5"><heading>Amendments to Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project)</heading><num>5.</num><intro><p>In Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised project) —</p></intro><level class="para1" eId="article-5-a"><num>(a)</num><content><p>in paragraph 3(1)(a), for “200 metres” substitute “188 metres”;</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-5-b"><num>(b)</num><content><p>in paragraph 3(1)(b), for “120 metres” substitute “111 metres”;</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-5-c"><num>(c)</num><content><p>in paragraph 3(1)(c), for “170 metres” substitute “154 metres”;</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-5-d"><num>(d)</num><content><p>in paragraph 3(1)(e), for “22 metres” substitute “28 metres”;</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-5-e"><num>(e)</num><content><p>in paragraph 7(5), after “not exceed 240” insert “for the HVDC option and 102 for the HVAC option”; and</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-5-f"><num>(f)</num><content><p><mod>after paragraph 7, insert<quotedStructure startQuote="“" endQuote="”" uk:context="unknown" uk:docName="uksi" ukl:TargetClass="secondary" ukl:TargetSubClass="unknown" ukl:Context="unknown" ukl:Format="double"><article><heading>As built offshore parameters</heading><num>7A.</num><paragraph><num>(1)</num><intro><p>After 25 December 2021—</p></intro><level class="para1"><num>(a)</num><content><p>no works under Works No.1, 2 or 3A may be carried out in reliance on this Order, other than works which do not give rise to any materially new or materially different environmental effects to those which would arise from the development in accordance with the parameters set out in Works No. 1, 2 and 3A and Requirements 3 to 7;
