The Treasury, under section 118 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 20141, and the Secretary of State, under section 277 of the Enterprise Act 20022 make the following Order.

The Secretary of State concurs in the making of this Order under section 118 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
