Designation

2.  In Schedule 1 to the Airports (Designation) (Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Order 1990(1) (which lists airports designated for the purposes of section 66 of the Airports Act 1986) insert (at the appropriate place in alphabetical order) the following entry—

“Newcastle”.
