1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Scottish Sites under Section 129) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st October 2021.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland.
2. The site designated as a designated Scottish site for the purposes of section 129 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (trespass on designated site: corresponding Scottish offence) is so much of the site including the Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh, EH99 1SP as is within the dotted line in bold that is marked on the map in the Schedule (the Scottish Parliament Site).
