This Order commences section 50 of and Schedule 20 to the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (c. 22) for all remaining purposes. Section 50 introduces Schedule 20 which amends the Extradition Act 2003. Part 1 of that Schedule introduces the forum bar. Part 2 amends the requirements on the Secretary of State to consider human rights issues when making an extradition order. Part 3 deals with devolution issues in Scotland and is already in force.
