The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51A(3) and (12) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002(1).
c. 32 (“the 2002 Act”). Section 51A was inserted by section 4 of the Education Act 2011 (c. 21). See section 212 of the 2002 Act for the definitions of “prescribed” and “regulations”.
