Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions on Holding of Gatherings and Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 28th August 2020.
(3) In these Regulations—
“the Principal Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2020(1);
“the Blackburn and Bradford Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Blackburn with Darwen and Bradford) Regulations 2020(2).
