These Regulations may be cited as the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Insolvency and Dissolution) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.

This regulation and regulation 2 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

Regulations 3 to 7 come into force immediately after the coming into force of this regulation and regulation 2.
