The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1) and 272(7)(a) and (8)(a) of the National Health Service Act 20061.

In accordance with section 25(3) of that Act, the Secretary of State has completed the consultation prescribed by regulations2 made under that section.
