In relation to any LIDAR measurement buoys, each foundation using piles must not have a pile diameter of greater than 10 metres.

In relation to any LIDAR measurement buoys, each foundation must not have a seabed footprint area (excluding scour protection) of greater than 79m² per buoy and 157 m2 in total.

In relation to any wave measurement buoys, each foundation must not have a seabed footprint area (excluding scour protection) of greater than 150m² per buoy and 300 m2 in total.
