2. In the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010(1) in regulation 1 (citation, commencement, expiry and interpretation)—
(a)in the heading, omit “, expiry”;
(b)omit paragraphs (1A) and (1B).
