The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1), (3) and (4) of, and paragraph 12 of Schedule 4 to, the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020(1).
The instrument containing these Regulations is the first to be made under section 11 of that Act.
