Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2014 (Consequential Modification) Order 2020 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
