30. A person who has travelled to the United Kingdom who is—E+W
(a)required to undertake work as a health or care professional in the United Kingdom within 14 days of their arrival, and
(b)eligible to practise a profession regulated by any of the bodies mentioned in section 25(3) of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 M1.
