These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before exit day.

Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 does not apply to these Regulations.
