Variation of limits in section 99(3) of the Gambling Act 2005

2.—(1) Subsection (3) of section 99 of the Act (mandatory conditions of lottery operating licence)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (a), for “£4,000,000” substitute “£5,000,000”.

(3) In paragraph (b), for “£10,000,000” substitute “£50,000,000”.
