Removals

6.  Omit the following entries from the list of “Other Bodies” in Schedule 1 to the Act—

(a) with effect from 29th April 2015, the entry “The Ministerial Adviser on Gender-based Violence, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence”;

(b) with effect from 1st June 2015, the entry “The Future Generations Commissioner for Wales”; and

(c) with effect from 1st January 2019, the entry “The Pensions Advisory Service Limited”.
