Section 7 (securities given to and property vested in secretary to vest in his successor) is amended as follows.

In the heading for “securities given to and property vested in secretary to vest in his successor” substitute “Securities given to and land and property vested in the Public Works Loans Secretary to vest in their successor”.

Insert “or instrument” after the words “any other Act”.

For “real”, in both places occurring, substitute “land”.

For “secretary of the Loan Commissioners for the time being as such secretary, and in respect of his office” substitute “Public Works Loans Secretary for the time being as the holder of, and in respect of, that office”.

For “secretary”, in the third and each subsequent place occurring, substitute “Public Works Loans Secretary”.
