PART 5MISCELLANEOUS AND GENERAL
Obstruction of construction of authorised works29.
Any person who, without reasonable excuse—
(a)
obstructs any person acting under the authority of Network Rail in constructing any authorised work; or
(b)
interferes with, moves or removes any apparatus belonging to any person acting under the authority of Network Rail,
is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
