The European Union Withdrawal (Consequential Modifications) (EU Exit) Regulations 202011 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3(2)(d), in the inserted text, after paragraph 2A(6) insert—

6A

This paragraph does not apply to a reference in—

a

the Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 2020 or any subordinate legislation made under that Act, or

b

any retained direct EU CAP legislation (within the meaning given by section 2(10) of that Act).
