These Regulations may be cited as the Spirit Drinks, Wine and European Union Withdrawal (Consequential Modifications) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

This regulation and Part 2 come into force on 30th December 2020.

Part 3 comes into force immediately before IP completion day.
