These Regulations may be cited as the Detergents (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

Regulations 2 and 3, and this regulation, come into force immediately before IP completion day.

Regulations 4 and 5 come into force on IP completion day.

Regulation 4 extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Regulation 5 extends to Northern Ireland.
