SCHEDULE 3Amendment of Schedule 3 to the 2019 Regulations

Regulation 9

1.

In Schedule 3 to the 2019 Regulations (Amendments to Annex II to the EEA Agreement), in paragraph 1—

(a)

for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

“(a)

omit point 12n (including the words from “The provisions of the Regulation” to the end);

(b)

omit point 12o (including the words from “The provisions of the Regulation” to the end);”

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i)

re-number paragraph (ii) as (iii);

(ii)

after paragraph (i) insert—

“(ii)

omit “32020 R 0011: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/11 of 29 October 2019 (OJ L 6, 10.1.2020, p. 8)”.”.
